Stefania Liberakakis (Neugriechisch: Στεφανία Λυμπερακάκι, Stefanía Lymperakáki), auch bekannt unter ihrem Mononym Stefania, ist eine griechisch-niederländische Sängerin, Schauspielerin und Webvideografin. Sie wurde am 17. Dezember 2002 in Utrecht in den Niederlanden geboren. Sie vertrat die Niederlande beim Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2016 in Valletta auf Malta als Teil der Band Kisses. Sie sollte Griechenland beim Eurovision Song Contest 2020 in Rotterdam in den Niederlanden vertreten. Da der Wettbewerb jedoch abgesagt wurde, vertrat sie Griechenland beim Eurovision Song Contest 2021.
