As a reminder, the rules have changed this year. The competition is abandoning the system of rounds over 3 or 4 weeks to make way for a single final on Saturday 15 February.

Parmi les 9 artistes on notera la présence de deux anciennes stars de l’Eurovision qui signent leur retour : Bobbysocks (ESC 1985 but also Elisabeth Andreassen and Hanne Krogh each individually) and Wig Wam (ESC 2005)!
