Eurovision 2026: Vienna will host the 70th edition of the contest from May 12 to 16.

Ce matin l’UER et l’ORF, le diffuseur Autrichien, ont révélé les dates de l’Eurovision 2026 et la ville hôte. C’est donc à Vienne que se tiendra la 70ème édition du concours, du 12 au 16 mai 2026, dans la Wiener Stadthalle.

This is not the Austrian capital's first attempt: it previously hosted the contest in 1967, after Udo Jürgens' victory, and then in 2015, following Conchita Wurst's triumph with Rise Like A Phoenix. It is now preparing to organize a historic edition, marking 70 years of Eurovision.

Vienna was chosen over Innstruck after an evaluation of infrastructure, capacity, and experience in hosting international events. As in 2015, the Wiener Stadthalle will be the venue for the show next May.
